MSR states that the Orkney and Shetland Valuation Joint Board only has 12 members of staff so is exempt from duty to publish GPG or OS. However, EI and vertical OS is published in the main MSR.

The MSR doesn't contain any updates on progress towards the EOs, just relists the ongoing EOs.

In addition to the MSR, Orkney and Shetland Valuation Joint Board publishes an "Annual Progress Report 2019" (available in Column P).
