Licensing Board has its own MSR publication, but according to the Council MSR: "Support for the Licensing Board and Committee is provided by North Ayrshire Council staff and the Board employs no staff. Accordingly, equalities reporting in relation to staffing matters forms part of the North Ayrshire Council reporting."
