Council MSR contains a section on mainstreaming equality by the Licensing Board, and MSR references a missing appendix with "proposed new Equality Outcomes 2017-2021 for the Licensing Board" - unclear how this relates to the 2019 expected progress report (in the 2017 PSED cycle, the Licensing Board published its own MSR/new EOs for 2017-2021).

No mention of Licensing Board staff.
